Usually yes — move-out jobs are time-critical by nature and we hold slots for them. Message with your building, unit size and date; same-week scheduling is normal, next-day often possible.
My landlord charges a fixed "cleaning fee" anyway. Should I still book?
Check your lease first. If the fee applies regardless of condition, professional cleaning only makes sense for disputes about damage beyond the fee. If (as usual in Davao) deductions scale with condition, a documented clean protects the rest of the deposit.
Do you also handle the small repairs — nail holes, a broken towel rack?
