Quotes and scope
Every job starts with a written quote describing the scope and price. The quote holds unless the scope changes — and scope only changes with your explicit approval. Price ranges published on this website are indicative; the written quote is what binds us.
Scheduling and access
We confirm a date and time window before every visit. For condos and gated communities, we coordinate permits and gate passes with your admin or guard when you authorize us to. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time through no fault of ours, a rebooking fee may apply to cover crew travel.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing (recurring plans are billed per cycle). We accept GCash, bank transfer and cash. For larger projects, a materials deposit may be quoted upfront — always stated in the written quote, never invented on the day.
Workmanship and warranty
We stand behind our work: workmanship issues reported within the warranty period stated on your quote are corrected at no charge. Parts and materials carry their supplier or manufacturer warranty. Warranty covers the work we performed — not unrelated or pre-existing faults, which we document with photos before starting.
If something goes wrong
Our crews document condition before and after every job. If our work causes damage, report it within 48 hours and we will make it right — repair, replacement or fair compensation, resolved with photos and receipts rather than arguments. Accountability is the product we sell.
Cancellations
Cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled window. Later cancellations may carry a fee covering reserved crew time. Recurring plans have no lock-in and can be paused or stopped anytime with notice before the next scheduled visit.
Your information
We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) — used only to deliver the service you requested, shared only with the crew or vetted partner performing your job.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute is first resolved in good faith between us; failing that, in the proper courts of Davao City.
