Can you clean outside our office hours?
Yes. Most Davao contracts run early morning (6–8 am) or after closing. For clinics and showrooms we schedule around patient and customer flow; for 24/7 operations such as BPO floors we quote a separate night schedule.
Do you provide the tissue, soap and bin liners?
Either way. Many clients prefer consumables included so nobody has to remember to buy them; others buy in bulk themselves. We state which in the quote so the monthly amount is not a surprise.
We only have a small office — is a contract worth it?
For a studio-sized office a single thorough weekly visit at ₱4,500–₱7,500 per month is usually the right fit. It keeps the CRs, pantry and floors at client-visit standard without paying for daily service you do not need.
Are your crews insured and vetted?
Crews are vetted, supervised and work under our scope, and we carry responsibility for the result. If your building admin requires IDs, gate passes or specific insurance paperwork, tell us at the site visit and we prepare it before the first visit.
