What moves the price
Fabric. Standard polyester and cotton blends are straightforward. Velvet, linen, microfibre and “dry clean only” labels need different chemistry and lower moisture, priced higher. Leather is a wipe-and-condition service, not extraction.
Condition. A sofa cleaned yearly is a one-pass job. One that has absorbed five Davao rainy seasons, two children and a dog needs pre-treatment, two passes and longer drying — the top of the range, and we say so from the photos.

Why extraction, and why the cheapest quote is often a shampoo

A dry-foam clean, gentler and quick-drying, good for light soil and delicate fabrics. If a quote is far below the range, ask which of the three it is.
